Participation is open to females 17 to 45 years old. Please include a copy of photo I.D. showing date of birth.

DO NOT ENCLOSE ANY MONEY WITH YOUR SUBMISSION

I have enclosed A Video or Photos of myself for your consideration.

If submitting photos, you may enclose up to 10 photos for consideration. Any size photo, b&w or color, poloroid or standard snapshot type photos.. Please include at least one full body shot.

Videos can be VHS, SVHS,or Hi 8, or Digital format. Should not be more than 60 minutes in length and should show action and activity and several moods and or styles of dress. Act out a story if possible. We are looking for vibrant, exciting activity. Photos and videos will not be returned unless requested and must include a stamped, self addressed envelope

UPON PROCESSING OF YOUR SUBMISSION, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH OUR DECISION
I understand that if I am selected I will receive a $25 Cash Prize and If I am selected for future Video Presentations, I will be
  • Be featured in future sergments of the "Amateur Modeling Fantasy" Video Segment of Star Performers Showcase TV show
  • Have my photo displayed on your Web Site & And at my choice, have my photos submitted to a magazine of my choice for review
  • Shoot a personal video for personal use or use in future TV Segments of Star Performers Showcase..
  • Can Participate in Club & Studio Tapings of Star Performers Showcase TV Show
  • Judging of acceptance is based on individual appeal of photos and video and not on age or weight..
